Everything works, but the motion alarm does not trigger. I get the blue LED to flash, but nothing sent to my Homey Pro hub. Otherwise works with homey pro fine. Advanced settings with Homey Pro are also difficult. Sending it back.
I like the all in one sensor. I mostly got this because it's rare to find a light sensor. Pairing works fine. Good signal through a wall. I only use this plugged in, so no idea about battery life. Only complaint is that the usb port is recessed in a small space. I have an ergonomic plug that is only slightly larger than a normal cord and it absolutely will not fit; a regular cord works fine.
I was having difficulty trying to find something to fit my needs but this works perfectly out of the box and the long range means I didn't even need to add an extra device to extend my network for this to reach my shed. Will be buying more as needed
So far using two of these with a Zooz 800LR usb and have been very pleased with all. Time will ultimately tell, but as long as these devices continue to perform well I will continue to be a returning customer.
This is an excellent device. Temp/Humidity is what I was looking for, and love having motion/light data. I have reworked my automations to include automatically turning off lights/tvs/etc when motion is clear for some period of time and it’s been working great. Absolutely love the option to power with USB and keep the battery in as backup. I went in the attic and installed a USB hub to power several units so I don’t have to deal with replacing batteries.
No fault of this sensor since I knew what I was buying, but it’s a CO2 sensor away from being perfect. I need CO2 readings to automate exhaust/recirculation/air exchange and will have to find a separate unit per room. If this had Carbon Dioxide (CO2), it could really be the perfect sensor.
